Nanaji Challagulla is a seasoned professional with more than 15 years of progressive leadership and hands-on experience in architecture, software engineering and application development. His key competencies include Big Data / Hadoop, cloud solutions, data strategy and innovation, data architecture, large MPP databases, enterprise architecture and advanced analytics.
As Director of Engineering at Gray Matter Analytics, Mr. Challagulla is responsible for setting technical direction for CoreTechs® and overseeing development and implementation of all technologies.
Prior to Gray Matter, he led developers and initiatives focused on development of data ingest framework to manage data movement to enterprise data hub across three MPP systems including Teradata EDW appliances, Cloudera Hadoop cluster and BQ on Google Cloud Platform(GCP). He also customer data integration applications from more than 20 internal sources and complex and sensitive data platforms rationalization (consolidation and migration) for large (~100TB) critical analytics applications and databases at Sears Holdings Corporation. He also held leadership positions at Freddie Mac, Convansys, Inc. and Symphony IRI Group.
Mr. Challagulla has a BS in Electrical and Communications Engineering from Andhra University.
