Mike Larned is a servant leader adept at mapping company objectives to engineering actions, providing growth opportunities for team members, fostering peer relationships and promoting clear and transparent communication to leadership on progress. He has 17 years of experience leading cross-functional healthcare teams to build data-driven population health products focusing on security, risk compliance, cost management and user engagement.
As Senior Director, Product Management at Gray Matter Analytics, Mr. Larned is responsible for understanding customer needs in managing value-based care initiatives and risk-based contracts and translating those challenges into detailed requirements to be delivered to the product build team. He also manages the overall timelines for product delivery and collaborates with engineering and the solutions services teams to ensure product timelines are aligned with sales goals.
Prior to joining Gray Matter, Mr. Larned collaborated on and built population health models for care stratification, annual wellness visits, HCC recaptures, utilization and financial metrics for clinically integrated networks and primary care at Inflight Health. At Royal Jay, he developed and managed data products that touched 180,000 lives across 3,500 providers.
Mr. Larned holds a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Boise State University. He is scheduled to receive his master’s degree in Population Health Systems Management from the same university in the summer of 2024.
